    Photo You are the Potter

    Today God says:
    “I will continue the work I’ve begun in your life.”

    He promises me:
    “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in
    you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”  {Phil. 1:6}

    My response to the Word:
    God is the Potter; I am the clay.
    He is shaping me and molding me after His will.
    I will let the Lord have His way in my life throughout this day
    as I wait before Him, yielded and still.
    The Word of God proclaims,
    “But now, O LORD, thou art our father;
    we are the clay, and thou our potter;
    and we all are the work of thy hand.”
    {Isaiah 64:8}
    I will remember the truth of this prophetic prayer today.

    My prayer:
    Father, thank you for being the Potter in my life.
    Continue your workmanship so that I can truly become more like Jesus.
    Have your own way in my life.  I willingly surrender myself to you.
    Mold me and shape me according to your will and your good pleasure.

    Today’s Scriptures:
    “For we are his workmanship,
    created in Christ Jesus unto good works,
    which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”
    {Ephesians 2:10}

    “For it is God which worketh in you both to will
    and to do of his good pleasure.”
    {Philippians 2:13}

    Have a beautiful day,

  • This is great!!  In every detail, He is intimately involved with our lives.  A potter make anything unless He is actually touching the clay…it’s a Hands-on process.  I’m so glad that Jesus is our PERSONAL Savior.:sunny:

    Thanks for stopping by my blog and all of your kind comments.  I look forward to keeping up with yours!!:):wave:

We had a great time, shopping, hanging out, shopping,  my family, good food, her friend did a photoshoot with us….   It was hard to not be able to see all my Indiana friends though!!!!             I like your new layout. I have to learn how to do this!

quote and verse

Faith expects from God what is beyond all expectation.
- Andrew Murray -

God often comes to us,
not in dramatic and the spectacular,
but in quiet, unexpected ways ...
In a still, small voice,
a gentle whisper,
God makes known His love.

In quietness and trust
is your strength.
Isaiah 30:15

Pleasure, possessions, power, and privilege are ultimately worthless in comparison to the indescribable
joy of knowing GOD!!

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him,
and He shall direct thy paths.
Proverbs 3:5,6

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go:
I will guide thee with mine eye.
Psalm 32:8
