~ HAPPY LABOR DAY ~

~In both the United States and Canada~
Labor Day will be celebrated Monday, September 3, 2007.

 Labor Day, the only legal public holiday in September,
comes on the first Monday of the month in Canada and the United States.
After Labor Day, most children return to school.

“Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work [be] pure,
and whether [it be] right.”
~Proverbs 20:11~

Jesus said, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are
heavy laden, and I will give you rest”
~Matthew 11:28~

 

“Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
O LORD, how manifold are thy works!
In wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.”
~Psalm 104:23-24~

   “And he called his name Noah, saying, This [same] shall comfort us concerning our work
and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD hath cursed.”
~Genesis 5:29~

 
“Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor,
working with his hands the thing which is good,
that he may have to give to him that needeth.”
~Ephesians 4:28~

“That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing,
being fruitful in every good work,
and increasing in the knowledge of God;”

“Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall
be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.

Here are two identical verses about LABOUR:

1. “Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:”
~Exodus 20:9~
2. “Six days thou shalt labour, and do all thy work:”
~Deut 5:13~
