    Thank you all again for your prayers for Betty!
    We are so thankful … she came through the surgery earlier today 
    without any problems, and seems to be doing fine.
    They say the real danger would be complications from infection that could set in.
    They will be moving her to a nursing home for physical therapy later today, or tomorrow.
    Say a prayer that there’ll be no infection, and that the therapy will go well,
    so she’ll be able to come home soon.

    I pray you all have a very blessed, and Thankful Thursday!
    I’ll be around to see how y’all are doing later today.
    Oh, and pardon the ‘remodeling’ that you see going on here!
    I’ve decided to make some changes,
    and I still have quite a bit of work left to do.
    Thanks again, everyone….and have a great day in Him!

  • Glad things are going well for Mom.  Have fun at the bridge festival!  Since I took a trip to CO, went to a Heartland film fest movie last night,  and then today had the Indiana Bluebird Society in Carmel, I am really beat.  I’d love to go the festival tomorrow but I don’t think I have the energy!  My sister lives north of Rockville and we like to go down together but I think I’ll have to pass, since I would only have tomorrow afternoon.  Enjoy the lovely colors!  Don’t buy too much junk, haha.

  • The trip is going well. We are really having a lot of fun. More later. Things look good here on your site.

  • Really like your site, i do not know how to do any of this stuff, i do have a my space  granddaughter and i got it set up before i got xanga, don’t post to much on it, but keep it open for friends and family , did meet one lady on it and she is also a christian, she only lives about one and half hours from me.  if you like i can send you my address on it. i wanted to put the same thing on here that i have on there, but i could not get it on,  and keeping you mother-in law in prayer and will continue to do so.

     Did you get any of those storm?   Are son and  are granddaughter boyfriend just left for SC to see our daughter and family i pray that they  have a safe trip,  I don’t like him driving all night, but i know that god will take care of him will i better say good night have to get up early tomorrow for i have to make a casserole in the morning to take to a funeral which i will help to serve at. so it will be a busy FRI.
